We are a busy 2-doctor practice looking for a full-time client service representative with some cross-trained assistant duties. These duties include greeting/checking in clients and having great client communication skills, processing payments, answering phone lines, scheduling appointments, monitoring emails, communicating through our app, and filing. Some assistant duties include assisting the doctor and technicians in office calls, restraining patients, processing laboratory samples, and paperwork.
Full-time position available, approximately 32-38 hours per week. Must be flexible.

Previous experience in the veterinary profession is preferred.
Competitive hourly rate (dependent on experience).
